Delivery
We will process your order right away. We use Royal Mail delivery and for UK deliveries, you can expect to receive you book within 3-5 working days.
Overseas delivery is also subject to Customs clearance procedures and your local postal service delivery schedule. Airmail delivery can normally be expected within 7 working days.
Postage and Packing (UK ONLY)
Delivery charges are shown for individual items and reflect weight, size and the amount and quality of packaging required for the individual item.
Within the UK, your purchase will be posted to you either by Second class, by Parcel Force 3-5 day delivery.
All books are despatched in protective packaging, usually bubble wrap and cardboard boxes, although some smaller items may be despatched in reinforced protective envelopes. Should any books be damaged in transit and no longer meet your requirements, simply contact us, return the goods and we will refund your money.
Postage and Packing Charges (OUTSIDE OF THE UK)
INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS - Your purchase will be posted to you by Airmail.

Returns Policy
'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000' (which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm) govern our sales and we adhere to them.
You may return an order - you have 7 (working) days (starting from the day after you receive the
goods) in which to examine the goods and to cancel the contract with us if you wish. If you wish to cancel the goods please email us at our address as shown and return the item(s) to:

If you are cancelling an order under the above regulations –i.e. you have simply changed your mind regarding purchase the cost of returning the books is your responsibility.
If you are returning goods under other statutory rights (e.g. because the goods are faulty or misdescribed) then we will pay postage costs.
Privacy Policy
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We request visitor's contact information (name, address, and email address) and financial information (payment information to make purchases). Contact information from the order form is used to ship orders to customers. The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for products and services.
The web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We use PayPal to protect your financial information if you choose to order online.
